Russia is a country of possibilities…I came to Moscow in search of these possibilities. During my graduation degree in my university in India, I had developed a special attachment to this country. Russian literature influenced me a lot and its culture attracted me. The desire to come here increased day by day. In the last days of graduation, I was given a scholarship by the Russian government and in this way my dream of coming here was fulfilled. Before coming to here, I had many dilemmas, prejudices and questions in my mind. These were dispelled after staying here for a few months.
Russia: Autumn time
Our plane landed in Moscow, the capital of Russia, early in the morning in mid-September. It was autumn time. Moscow was decorated with different beautiful colors of nature in its beautiful cover. This time of autumn is considered a good time to visit Russia, winter is about to come in a few months, so people roam around freely, enjoy the weather. Apple trees are laden with apples and these days they bear their last fruits. Within a few months, the entire city is covered in snow, and the average temperature here also reaches -30°C to -35°C.

The weather of Russia is very strange
The weather of Russia is very strange, which is difficult to predict. Sometimes the weather here is clear and sunny in the morning, sometimes by afternoon or evening it becomes so cold that even the bones of the body melt, and sometimes it starts raining. If you have to go out, then you have to go with full preparation. If you have successfully spent a few years here, then believe me, you will get used to living in any corner of the world.
Russia is a place of fun-loving people
Russia is a place of fun-loving people, people here eat well, drink without any worries, roam around dressed up, watch movies, read books and work hard. No attention is given to whether the work is small or big. As soon as children become adults, they start bearing their own expenses. They earn money by working here and there, study and spend it soon. Due to the cold, the culture of smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol has become common here. From students to old people, everyone smokes.
If we talk about universities, the education here is excellent. The size of the classes is smaller than the Indian classes. Due to which the teachers are able to pay attention to all the students. Discipline is strictly followed. Teachers also reach before time. People from almost every country live together in the hostels, due to which there is a confluence of different cultures and you are able to get different experiences.

Indian food
Russia: We Indians are used to eating a little spicy food, people here like to eat a little bland and sweet food, so it is difficult to live in the first few months but with time people adapt themselves accordingly.
