New Delhi: As the Navratri festivities came to a close, Zepto, the quick commerce platform, experienced a significant surge in sales. Co-founder and CEO Aadit Palicha shared an exciting update on LinkedIn, announcing that the platform had sold over 1 lakh dandiya sticks during the season.
Expressing his gratitude, Palicha wrote, “What a day! Closing out Navratri 2024 with a grateful heart, seeing the beauty of India’s diversity through our users, sellers, brands, and every Zeptonian, who made it all happen. From essentials to festive picks, thank you for making us part of India’s celebrations across nine incredible days.
Palicha also highlighted that the platform witnessed a notable increase in sales of fasting-friendly items like Kattu and Rajgira atta, which outperformed last year’s Navratri season.
This year, Zepto’s success underscores how deeply the platform has integrated itself into the festive shopping habits of customers, from essentials to celebratory items.
