Bhopal: On Wednesday, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids at multiple locations in Madhya Pradesh, targeting a private company suspected of producing and distributing adulterated milk products. The firm, Jayshri Gayatri Food Products Pvt Ltd, allegedly used forged lab certificates to sell substandard dairy products both domestically and internationally.
The crackdown is part of a broader effort against food adulteration and fraudulent trade practices. ED officials raided nine locations, including in Bhopal, Sehore, and Morena, linked to the company’s directors, Kishan Modi, Rajendra Prasad Modi, and others associated with the firm.

used to export adulterated milk products to several countries, including Bahrain, Hong Kong, Singapore, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE. The ED is continuing its search for more evidence related to these violations.
Jayshri Gayatri Food Products, founded in 2013 in Bhopal, is a major manufacturer and exporter of dairy products under the brand name ‘Milk Magic.’ The company offers a range of products such as packed milk, ghee, khoya, white butter, and margarine, with a significant presence both in India and abroad.
Authorities are reviewing the company’s financial records and other documents to assess the scale of the alleged fraudulent activities. More details are expected as the investigation unfolds, and both official statements from the ED and the company are awaited.
