Stolen Scorpio Car Found with Apology Notes
In an unusual incident in Bikaner’s Napasar town, police discovered an abandoned Scorpio car with its number plate missing. What made the case stand out were three handwritten notes left on the car, which helped the authorities trace the vehicle back to its original owner in Delhi’s Palam Colony.
Two of the notes were stuck to the rear glass. One read, “This car has been stolen from Delhi’s Palam. Sorry,” followed by the car’s number, “DL 9 CA Z2937,” a crucial detail that allowed the police to locate the rightful owner.
Another note placed next to it stated: “I love my India.”
A third note left on the windscreen requested, “This car has been stolen from Delhi. Please call the police and inform them. Urgent.”
