A terrifying incident unfolded on Friday in Mount Abu, Rajasthan, when a leopard entered the garden of a house and attacked a pet dog. CCTV footage captured the moment a black dog, believed to be a Labrador Retriever, walked into the garden of a property located in Sunrise Valley. Suddenly, a leopard leapt over the boundary wall and lunged at the dog, sinking its teeth into the dog’s neck while the pet desperately struggled to break free.
The leopard only released its grip and fled when a woman, later identified as Mala Kumari, heard the dog’s frantic howling. She rushed out of the house, screaming and opening the door, which caused the leopard to retreat. The injured dog then followed the woman back inside the house.
Sources revealed that Mala Kumari is the owner of the house, which also functions as a paying guest accommodation.
