On Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi marked 23 years of holding key Constitutional positions, first as Chief Minister of Gujarat and then as the Prime Minister of India. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who has been a close associate of PM Modi for decades, extended his heartfelt congratulations on this significant milestone.
Commemorating the occasion, Amit Shah shared his thoughts on X (formerly Twitter), reflecting on PM Modi’s journey of dedication and service to the nation.
In his message, Shah wrote in Hindi: “Today, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has completed 23 years of public service as Chief Minister and Prime Minister. His unwavering dedication to the nation and public welfare over these 23 years is a symbol of selfless devotion. This journey stands as a living inspiration for all those serving in public life. I feel fortunate to have witnessed this extraordinary journey of Modi ji.”
Shah further highlighted PM Modi’s leadership: “Modi ji has demonstrated how the welfare of the poor, national development, security, and the strengthening of India’s global identity can all be achieved simultaneously. Instead of viewing challenges in isolation, he presented the nation with a vision of holistic solutions.”
